The Old Testament doesn’t dwell too much on that side of His nature, and it isn’t until His Son appears on the scene of human history that we begin to have more than glimpses of it; a thought I haven’t considered before, but how appropriate! Yahshua’s relationship with His Father opened up a whole new realm of understanding. The religious leaders were indignant over this familiarity, yet Yahshua was always respectful. His love shone through and permanently affected our thoughts about Yahweh and never less than when He taught us to pray, “Our Father, Who art in heaven…”
My Father is a great King over all the earth, yet He makes Himself available to me in my every day in a thousand ways. His love and care extend to the minor details of my life and I am constantly amazed by His goodness and thoughtfulness.
Recently Prince William of England visited China as an ambassador of his grandmother, our Queen. As I watched news details of the visit I was impressed with the way he conducted himself, with his dignity and friendliness, his warmth and compassion – he is every inch a prince!
Our Father is King over the whole earth and we are His ambassadors, let’s remember that and behave accordingly. As we interact with Him let’s never take for granted the immense privilege of being His children; may our love be tempered always with the respect and reverence that is due to His Person and His Name.

If you feel that your life is in a rut. If you feel trapped by anything that you can’t seem to get out of. [Yahweh] is the [Elohim] of wonderful change. He will release you, whom the Son sets free is free indeed.
