The Law And Me!

The Law is so much an expression of His character, of Himself, that He can never deny it. The Royal Law of Love [James 2:8], as highlighted by His Son, is also a reflection of His character because it is bound into the Law. The righteous believer cannot reject or deny the Law of Yahweh because salvation is tailored so that its righteous requirements are fully met in us [Romans 8:4]. Yahshua fulfilled the Law when He died, not to do away with it, but to make its righteousness available to ‘everyone who believes’! By the power and terms of the New Covenant this Law is written on our hearts and so becomes the very heartbeat and lifestyle of the saints.
The ways of Yahweh are beyond our understanding; the intricacy and perfection of His plans are breathtakingly perfect. He is so completely dependable, so infinitely steadfast, so totally reliable, no-one who puts trust in Him will ever be ashamed, disappointed or disillusioned but, resting on His love and His promises, will be safe and secure throughout this life and into eternity.
It pleased [Yahweh] for the sake of his righteousness to make his law great and glorious.
