The apostle Paul had an ardent love for Yahshua which regularly exploded into his letters. I love finding these explosions! “May our [Master, Yahshua the Messiah] himself and [Yahweh] our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal encouragement and good hope by grace, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good work and word,” he wrote, as his heart overflowed with love for the church in Thessalonica (2 Thessalonians 2:16-17). A precious blessing, which, tucked away among some teaching, captivated me recently.
Yahshua is the source from Whom we may draw everything we need. Always with us, always available, He loves us and offers eternal encouragement while strengthening our hearts with good hope! What a wonderful picture! How easy it is to lose sight of this joy when life crashes around us and we’re weighed down by its troubles and cares. But Yahshua is always near; we only have to call and take a moment or two to connect with Him. He promised to be with us, and though He may not still our storm, He can and will hold us steady as we ride its turbulence. “Being divine, he is omnipotent,” writes Charles Spurgeon, “and that almighty power he wields for us. Being divine, he is omniscient, and those sleepless eyes of his are always on the watch for us. Being divine, he is immutable, and that eternal love of his that knows no shadow of a change is fixed on us.”
Pause for a moment. Is this the One you serve? Is this part of the picture you have of Yahshua? Men like Paul and Charles Spurgeon have concentrated their thoughts on Him, taken time to be with Him and to know Him - and it has enlarged their vision. They share this with us to encourage us to do the same. Yahshua wants us to know Him and will never turn from a sincere heart that longs to know Him more. We all need to enlarge our thoughts about our beloved Saviour. We can do this as we explore the Bible. Yahshua fills that book. You’ll find Him everywhere!
Ask Him to open your eyes to see Him and your heart to know Him.

This Is My Friend!Blessed is the person who places his confidence in Yahweh and does not rely on arrogant people or those who follow lies.
Psalm 40:4, Names of God Bible
No matter what happens to us in this life, the word of [Yahweh] tells us that [Yahweh] is for us, not against us.
